Position Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled and leadership-driven Senior Project Architect to join our Interiors Studio. This role is responsible for overseeing the technical development, coordination, and documentation of interior architecture projects from Programming through construction administration. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in project delivery, exceptional Revit proficiency, and a collaborative spirit to lead internal teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.

This position plays a critical leadership role-serving as the technical backbone of project teams while supporting studio-wide mentorship and quality assurance initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical precision, and the ability to manage project risk and guide teams toward successful execution.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience with MS Office and project management platforms (Newforma or Procore preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality interior projects, particularly in commercial, workplace, or mixed-use environments.

  • Clear, confident communicator with strong leadership and mentorship skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • US Registered Architect.

The expected salary range for this position is $105,000-$140,000. We will consider relevant experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors in determining compensation.
