Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Product Execution Center of Excellence (COE) supporting strategic initiatives across Wealth Corporate and Institutional Banking (WCIB). This role serves as a critical link between Product, Technology, and Business teams, driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experiences, and support enterprise-wide business objectives.
The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate efforts across diverse stakeholder groups, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting and communications. This position requires a strategic thinker who can connect work across programs, identify opportunities for alignment, and ensure successful execution from concept through implementation.
This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility initiatives involving Salesforce modernization, product enablement, process transformation, and enterprise technology integrations while partnering with leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously within a fast-paced Product and Technology environment
- Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Technology, Change Management, and Business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and impacts across interconnected initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure priorities remain aligned and duplicate efforts are minimized
- Develop and deliver executive-level status reporting, presentations, and communications to support decision-making
- Drive project planning, governance, execution, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure successful outcomes
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas impacted by strategic initiatives
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to support Agile delivery practices and iterative solution development
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, artifacts, and governance requirements using established tools and processes
- Escalate issues appropriately and proactively address obstacles that could impact project delivery
- Support initiatives involving business transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, and user experience enhancement
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs within large organizations
- Experience working in Agile and Product delivery environments
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Location ExpectationsThis role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
