What You Bring to the Arena
  • Lead MCL's largest and most complex commercial projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
  • Own full accountability for project financial performance across a portfolio, including budgets, forecasting, buyout, contracts, change management, and cost control.
  • Build and manage master schedules across multiple concurrent projects, proactively identifying risks that could impact performance, budget, or client relationships.
  • Partner with Superintendents across multiple job sites to keep field and project operations aligned at scale.
  • Lead OAC meetings and serve as MCL's senior-most trusted partner to owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners on its highest-profile work.
  • Drive value management, QA/QC, risk management, and closeout across a portfolio - setting the standard other PMs follow.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers, building the next generation of MCL leaders.
  • Represent MCL in pursuits, client relationship building, and business development beyond your active projects.

The Skills Behind the Build
  • 12+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
  • Proven track record independently leading $50M+ commercial projects, including experience managing multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Experience leading healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, or other technically complex commercial projects is highly valued.
  • Comfortable representing MCL in pursuits, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent construction experience.
