Established (40+ years) Employee-Owned GC Seeking Senior Project Manager for Life Science/Lab Projects in OC/LA
An established, employee-owned General Contractor based in Southern California with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience managing life science, laboratory, or biotech projects valued at $5M+. This role leads complex tenant improvement work from preconstruction through closeout across the Orange County and Los Angeles markets.

Salary up to $195,000 base depending on experience

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing commercial TI projects
Experience with life science or laboratory construction
Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and project delivery capabilities
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of project delivery from precon through closeout
Lead project teams, manage costs and schedules, and ensure quality standards
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Mentor junior staff and contribute to overall project success
