Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate, workplace, retail, or commercial interior design project management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Active Architectural license or in the process of obtaining one
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project and Newforma
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to produce and coordinate comprehensive contract documents

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to completion as the primary project manager.
• Leverage internal resources for design and preparation of documents.
• Conduct site visits and review shop drawings during the construction phase.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their consultants.
• Conduct thorough code searches and analysis for compliance throughout projects.
• Ensure financial adherence and success of all managed projects.
• Provide technical advice on codes and construction to colleagues.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
