Core Responsibilities- Position Title: Senior Construction Project Manager and Estimator
- Project Management: Manage industrial and commercial projects
- Project Oversight: Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Estimating Tasks: Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and pricing
- Team Development: Help build and manage an estimating team
- Ownership Interaction: Work directly with ownership
- Company Support: Support company growth and future backlog
Candidate Profile- Experience: 10+ years of construction experience
- Industry Background: Industrial and or commercial background
- Management Skills: Strong project management skills
- Estimating Experience: Hands-on estimating experience
- Leadership Ability: Ability to lead, mentor, and build teams
- Work Environment: Comfortable in a smaller, family-owned environment
Compensation & Performance- Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000+
