The Adventure Ahead

Step into the spotlight as a Senior Project Manager and steer enterprise-level implementations that transform how world-class organizations learn. You will serve as the strategic bridge between Docebo and our high-profile clients, ensuring seamlessly delivered onboarding experiences and maximum platform value. Working alongside an innovative, fast-paced team, your leadership will directly shape our client relationships, influence PMO process improvements, and drive impactful business outcomes globally.
The Day-to-Day
  • Lead the Charge: Own the end-to-end customer relationship for complex enterprise implementations, acting as the primary point of contact and defining key stakeholder escalation paths.
  • Architect the Roadmap: Collaborate with internal and external teams to define project scope, establish goals, and maintain rigorous, detailed project plans from initial discovery to final delivery.
  • Drive Momentum & KPIs: Monitor project progress, manage resource allocation, and present actionable status reports, issue resolutions, and success metrics to key executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Pollinate & Align: Work in lockstep with Product, Development, and Partner teams to track technical feature progress and oversee third-party onboarding alignment.
  • Master the Communication Flow: Host engaging alignment meetings, establish robust communication plans, and clear blocking issues proactively to keep every project on schedule.
  • Empower Long-Term Success: Monitor customer enablement activities to ensure client teams are fully equipped to expand their use of Docebo long after onboarding wraps up.
