Full Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will create project plans, estimate labor costs, request resources and provide all project management functions for extra large, complex projects. This position will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget and ensuring customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables consistent with the SOW. The ideal candidate is customer focused and driven by results, as well as a self-starter, team player, and has great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide management and oversight of large, complex projects using standard methodologies and processes by directing coordinating, assessing risks, assuring timeline compliance, and making recommendations as needed.
  • Have command of the contractual requirements and ensure scope compliance.
  • Communicate an understanding of the company's business, strategies, and service offerings.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer project manager.
  • Assess risk and determine the most feasible alternative.
  • Manage budget and financial workbooks.
  • Mentor associates and assist with pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related field.
  • 12+ years of related experience such as in project management, business administration, operations management, IT management support, or contract management.
  • Solid understanding of the concept of revenues, margins, and labor cost with the ability to apply to CompuCom financial planning tools and practices.
  • Understanding of account operations, P&L management, budget management, and program management methodologies.
  • Experienced in dealing with ambiguity, conflict management, technical competence, and critical thinking.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and experience in presenting and meeting facilitation.

Wage Range:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $105,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
