Based out of our Aberdeen, South Dakota office, this role will oversee complex projects from pre-construction through completion while driving performance related to safety, quality, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do- Lead complex industrial and electrical construction projects from kickoff through final completion
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
- Drive project execution alongside field leadership to ensure safety, productivity, and quality goals are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead project planning, risk management, and problem resolution efforts
- Oversee change order management, project reporting, and client communication
- Support operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and support the development of project management team members
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of project management experience in industrial, electrical, or construction environments
- Proven ability to lead large or complex projects successfully
- Strong understanding of project contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and delivering high-quality results
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation for this role ranges from $100,000-$140,000 depending on experience, leadership background, and project expertise.

TravelThis role is based out of our Aberdeen, SD office with travel to customer and project sites up to 25% of the time. Most travel consists of regional day trips with limited overnight stays anticipated.
