Senior Project Coordinator MEPC to join our team based in
Toronto, Ontario. The
Senior Project Coordinator MEPC will support a transformative transit infrastructure project in the east end of downtown Toronto and will be part of a high-performing project team. The
Senior Project Coordinator MEPC will support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Design Teams, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
This role requires a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience coordinating scopes within large infrastructure, transit, commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
Your role:To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate daily project activities across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Support Project Managers in monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
- Track progress and identify schedule impacts, delays, and mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, utilities, and client representatives to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, work plans, status reports, and progress updates.
- Participate in design coordination meetings, construction meetings, and stakeholder workshops.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
About you:- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of project coordination experience within Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, transit, rail, transportation, commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, applicable CSA standards, and industry best practices.

Additional informationExpected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $110,000 - $137,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
