Overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager - Windows Ecosystem - to drive the strategy behind the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) programs and policies that shape how the world's Windows devices are built and brought to market. As part of the Windows Ecosystem & Commercial Engagement team, you'll help shape the future of the Windows device ecosystem - making sure that no matter which partner builds the device, customers get the quality, security, and experiences Windows is designed to deliver.

You'll develop the programs that help partners deliver great Windows experiences across the ecosystem, with quality and security as first-class outcomes.

You'll use customer, market, and ecosystem insights to set priorities, drive adoption of key experiences, and leverage AI to help partners deliver high-quality devices more efficiently. This is a highly cross-functional, influence-driven role that requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution.

You'll work horizontally across Windows engineering, commercial, and partner teams shaping direction and prioritization across boundaries. If you're energized by turning strategy into outcomes across the global Windows device ecosystem, we'd love to talk.

Responsibilities

  • Translate ecosystem signals - OEM device quality, customer satisfaction, and competitive trends - into a prioritized program and policy roadmap that advances Windows' strategic and technical goals.

  • Design scalable programs that enable partners to adopt key Windows experiences across the ecosystem.

  • Define and track success criteria and performance metrics, with product quality and security as first-class outcomes.

  • Lead programs from initiation through delivery - turning strategy into decisions and roadmap changes, leading the rhythm of business, and driving alignment to program goals, quality expectations, and delivery commitments.

  • Define and improve repeatable frameworks, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows that help OEM partners meet program requirements and bring quality devices to market faster.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Windows OEM ecosystem, device manufacturing or shipping, or PC hardware programs - including product quality, security, or certification.

  • Experience translating technical or product strategy into requirements, policy, or partner-facing programs.

  • Experience driving product, platform, or ecosystem strategy across cross-functional teams, and influencing partners and stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Experience applying AI, automation, or data tools to streamline programs, workflows, or partner processes.
