IntroductionWe're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs at The Zebra. You'll bring structure and momentum to our highest-priority strategic initiatives and ensure teams are aligned and executing.
LocationOur company headquarters are in Austin, TX, but our employees work remotely across the US. Please note: at this time we are not able to hire in Massachusetts.What You'll Do- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives
- Build program frameworks including roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and decision logs
- Partner with executive sponsors and functional leads to align priorities and remove blockers
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive accountability across teams and escalate when needed to keep initiatives on track
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead efforts to build better ways of working
What We're Looking For- 6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology company
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
- PMP or similar certification a plus; strong ownership mindset required

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year. The final salary amount will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and insights gained throughout the interview process.
