The role partners with Data & Digital Product Managers, PMO partners and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute approved portfolio priorities. This role oversees planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, readiness, governance support and outcome tracking across multiple teams and workstreams.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead approved complex programs, projects or workstreams of high scale, scope and/or complexity, completed on schedule, within budget and meeting scope requirements of key stakeholders.
- Develop, define, maintain and execute integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk and issue logs, project sites, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs and other tools as defined by the project sponsor or PMO.
- Apply standardized project management methodologies across programs effectively leveraging PMO tools and best practices to support portfolio visibility, delivery tracking, governance checkpoints, executive-ready reporting and cross-functional alignment.
- Elicit, gather, document and interpret complex delivery requirements needed to execute approved work, including customer, business, technical, data, reporting and operational requirements across dependent workstreams.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, cross-functional dependencies and decisions across multiple programs or workstreams and escalate appropriately with recommended options for sponsors, PMO partners and leaders.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery partners, providing consultation and actively engaging with stakeholders to solve business problems and improve processes, software, technology, data products or operational capabilities through approved delivery work.
- Ensure delivery readiness, implementation planning, user documentation, technical or process documentation, disaster recovery documentation as applicable, training coordination, deployment validation and transition activities are completed.
- Perform other regular and ad-hoc work, typically of an advanced nature, which may include data analysis, metrics and reporting, process improvement initiatives and functional systems initiatives, as needed.
- Provide leadership to project teams and find creative solutions to remove obstacles across teams, vendors, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to completed programs, facilitate project completion meetings and project wrap-up documentation, and ensure training, readiness, deployment validation and lessons-learned activities are completed.
- Coach and mentor others on project and program management practices, tools, stakeholder communication and delivery routines.

What You'll Bring:- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience (Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics or equivalent)
- 8+ years experience in project or program management roles with increasing scale, scope and/or complexity required
- Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, technology partners and/or business teams to deliver complex project or program outcomes
- Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with Agile project methodologies required
- Experience leading business, IT, digital, data, AI, analytics, reporting, data governance or operational initiatives is preferred
- Experience with architecture, security, privacy, data governance or responsible AI practices is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile certification or equivalent is preferred
- MS Office: Skilled proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is required
- Job specific: Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet or comparable project/program management tools is required

Compensation:The pay range for this role is shown below. Compensation decisions are determined based on an individual's qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Greater Seattle area target pay range: $154,845 - $189,255. The full pay range is $129,038 - $215,063.
- Outside Greater Seattle area target pay range: $136,654 - $167,022. The full pay range is $113,879 - $189,797.
Greater Seattle Area is defined as working within approximately 100 miles of Seattle.
Outside Greater Seattle is defined as working approximately 100 miles or more from Seattle.
