Full Job Description
We are looking for a partner-obsessed Senior Program Manager to help lead Partner Developer Relations for the Minecraft Marketplace's strategic creator partnerships. In this senior individual-contributor role you run the technical programs, developer-enablement workflows, and cross-functional execution that help our studios build, publish, and grow on the platform. You represent the Voice of Partner, turning creator and developer feedback into a structured signal that shapes the Creator Success roadmap with product and engineering teams. You keep quality, safety, and player trust non-negotiable while clearing the blockers that slow strategic launches. You are measured on the adoption, health, and outcomes of the partner developer programs you support. Responsibilities • Run the partner developer program portfolio for our strategic creators: manage scope, milestones, and success metrics for the technical programs that serve our largest creator partners. • Assess partner capabilities and enablement needs, and coordinate onboarding, publishing, content review, and monetization workflows that reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value. • Represent the Voice of Partner: collect, assess, and channel creator and developer feedback into a structured signal that shapes the Creator Success roadmap with product and engineering teams. • Contribute to the developer-relations operating model and quality bar: help set program standards, tooling requirements, and the guardrails that keep quality, safety, and player trust non-negotiable. • Monitor portfolio health (quality, adoption, revenue, engagement) and contribute plans that grow partner success and Marketplace outcomes. • Coordinate cross-team resolution of the blockers that put strategic launches at risk, escalating technical, security, and business issues as they arise. • Maintain clear program documentation, plans, and status reporting across the portfolio, and support competitive and retention strategy against adjacent platforms (Roblox, Fortnite/UEFN, Unity, Fab). There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
