What You Will Do
Lead Complex, Multi-Plant Programs
You'll oversee high-visibility programs supporting our School Bus, Commercial Bus, and Furniture manufacturing operations, ensuring structured execution from concept through production.
Build and Drive Program Governance
Implement and lead a stage-gate program management system
Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and ownership across projects
Conduct executive program reviews to evaluate risk, readiness, and performance
Maintain disciplined scope, cost, and schedule control
Align Leaders Across the Organization
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality
Provide executive-level program dashboards and updates
Lead cross-plant coordination to ensure successful launches
Drive decisions that keep programs on track
Deliver Results in Regulated Manufacturing Environments
Support product launches and engineering changes
Integrate quality frameworks such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3
Ensure operational readiness across stamping, welding, assembly, foam, upholstery, and finishing operations
Improve margin, efficiency, and operational performance through structured program delivery
Strengthen Our Program Management Organization
Mentor project and program managers
Improve tools, reporting, and execution standards
Help scale a high-performing PMO across the division
Up to 25% travel to manufacturing locations to support program governance and launches.
