What You Will DoAs our Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager, you will lead and execute marketing communication initiatives that support business growth, customer engagement, product positioning, and brand visibility across multiple product categories and markets.
You'll be a true player/coach - developing content, managing priorities, coordinating resources, and partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product Development, Quality, and Leadership teams.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with TSM's business goals and growth priorities.
- Create compelling product messaging, customer-facing content, value propositions, and application-based storytelling.
- Translate technical manufacturing, engineering, and operational concepts into clear, customer-focused communications.
- Support product launches, customer programs, trade shows, industry events, digital campaigns, and branded initiatives.
- Build content across digital, print, video, presentation, social media, website, and sales enablement channels.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media communication, website optimization, SEO support, digital branding, and campaign analytics.
- Develop case studies, brochures, customer presentations, executive presentations, trade show materials, and branded collateral.
- Coordinate photography, video production, editing, and visual storytelling efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points, market opportunities, competitive positioning, and product value drivers.
- Strengthen brand consistency, messaging standards, and communication processes across multiple facilities and business units.
- Support customer-facing communication strategies within transportation, OEM, specialty manufacturing, engineered foam, and industrial markets.

A strong candidate will bring:- 6-10+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, corporate communications, or related areas.
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, automotive, engineered products, industrial, B2B, bedding, or similarly technical business environments.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, editing, presentation development, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to turn complex technical or operational information into compelling customer-facing messaging.
- Experience supporting product launches, customer programs, trade shows, digital campaigns, and branded communication initiatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, website content, analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, WordPress, Wix, or comparable design/content platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and shifting priorities.
- Comfort working with both technical and commercial audiences, including engineers, operations leaders, sales teams, OEM representatives, and executives.
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or marketing project ownership experience preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following areas would be especially valuable:
- OEM, Tier-1, transportation, specialty vehicle, automotive-adjacent, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Product marketing, customer segmentation, market positioning, or value proposition development.
- Video production, photography coordination, content editing, or visual storytelling.
- AI-assisted content creation or marketing productivity tools.
- ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, or customer-sensitive manufacturing environments.
