Full Job Description
What You Will Do

  • Lead Complex, Multi-Plant Programs
    • You'll oversee high-visibility programs supporting our School Bus, Commercial Bus, and Furniture manufacturing operations, ensuring structured execution from concept through production.
  • Build and Drive Program Governance
    • Implement and lead a stage-gate program management system
    • Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and ownership across projects
    • Conduct executive program reviews to evaluate risk, readiness, and performance
    • Maintain disciplined scope, cost, and schedule control
  • Align Leaders Across the Organization
    • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality
    • Provide executive-level program dashboards and updates
    • Lead cross-plant coordination to ensure successful launches
    • Drive decisions that keep programs on track
  • Deliver Results in Regulated Manufacturing Environments
    • Support product launches and engineering changes
    • Integrate quality frameworks such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3
    • Ensure operational readiness across stamping, welding, assembly, foam, upholstery, and finishing operations
    • Improve margin, efficiency, and operational performance through structured program delivery
  • Strengthen Our Program Management Organization
    • Mentor project and program managers
    • Improve tools, reporting, and execution standards
    • Help scale a high-performing PMO across the division


Up to 25% travel to manufacturing locations to support program governance and launches.

  • Experience
    • 8-12+ years managing complex programs in manufacturing environments

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
    • PMP certification required
    • Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification a plus
