Full Job Description
Overview

As a Senior Program Manager, Global Brand & MarCom, you are a key connector between marketing strategy and flawless creative execution. You bring deep expertise in marketing and creative operations and act as an intelligent day-to-day partner to campaign managers—ensuring every marketing deliverable is aligned with the creative brief, grounded in the broader GTM strategy, and tracks successfully across creative, digital, print, and event channels.

With a strong command of marketing operations and creative content workflows, you provide the clarity, consistency, and rigor needed to drive operational excellence across complex, cross-functional programs.

You are the operational backbone and the support engine to marketing business stakeholders to ensure you are moving the execution of all marketing assets in scope and ad-hoc from intake through final delivery. Some weeks you will be 10,000 feet up, focusing on overall strategic partnership and process frameworks, but some weeks you are in the deep tactical execution driving the high-priority deliverable through the creative pipeline.

We are looking for a person who is excited about high-pressure workflows and looks forward to being a part of the evolving Global PgM function. Come make a difference and contribute to the global team that builds the process as it goes and strives to be the heartbeat of the Brand/MarCom business organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, translating strategy into scoped, resourced, creative execution across web, social, digital, print, and event channels.
  • Lead meetings and communications for high-visibility campaigns, events and product launches with internal business stakeholders navigating complex feedback with clarity and composure.
  • Bring a strategic lens to execution by connecting silos, identifying gaps, seeing around the corners, challenging unclear direction, and flagging risks early to ensure every deliverable is handed off on time.
  • Shepherd projects from initial intake and creative kick-off to on-time delivery and post-ops – including scope, project plans, scheduling, resource allocation, reviews, regular status updates, risks, quality assurance and archiving in repository.
  • Manage a high-volume and high-velocity simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale, from single tactic to a program of deliverables and across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide top-notch service, set expectations early for creative execution, communicate updates on regular cadence, and seek details to plan future campaign roadmaps and resourcing forecasts.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and resource alignment, making proactive adjustments to maintain momentum and campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of operational processes and identify opportunities to expand AI tooling, to drive automation and efficiency, and to develop self-serve brand resources.

What You Bring:

  • Education: BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 8–10 years of experience in program/project management in marketing operations and/or creative environments. Life Science, bio-tech domains are a plus, but not a must.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing campaigns, creative briefs, multi-faceted marketing tactics, and how to transform these strategic marketing goals into a creative lifecycle for seamless delivery.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple business teams and to convert difficult feedback into actionable next steps.
  • Workfront working knowledge or similar project management system (Wrike, Airtable).

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • You are energized by change, not rattled by it. Evolving business processes, shifting frameworks, and reshuffled priorities is a rule of the job, not an exception.
  • You can pivot on a fly from managing a high-visibility marketing initiative to weighing in on strategic direction and change management, without losing momentum and overall focus.
  • You can move mountains with missing information: omitted scope, slipped milestones, unclear ownership, confusing feedback, and you untangle with minimal support while maintaining the executional rigor.
  • You are a people person and do not take cumbersome feedback personally. You are comfortable living in a matrixed organization.
  • You do not bend under pressure and can quickly identify priority workflows, without sacrificing creative delivery or its quality.
  • You genuinely want to help build the process, not just follow it. This is a real opportunity to contribute to the Global PgM evolution.
