The Sr. Director, Global Operations Solutions Consulting & Delivery Lead role is responsible for working directly with our top global clients to consult, package, recommend, sell, and lead the deployment of our end-to-end operational offerings. This role is also responsible for ensuring successful deployment of recommended solutions and ensure project is delivered appropriately. This role will not only lead key client engagements but will also be a key part of the team to inform our next gen solutions.

Responsibilities
30 Responsible for performing detailed assessments, identifying root client challenges, and compiling summary of GAPs and opportunities
30 Responsible for identifying and packaging Publicis Groupe operational solutions to address new and existing client needs
30 Responsible for compiling cohesive, clear, actionable strategic client recommendations, pricing estimates and any additional follow up material through approval
30 Directly manage proposal/ recommendation delivery within agreed upon timelines including expectation setting, scope with internal executive and delivery teams to ensure proposal milestones are achieved, and ultimate delivery of solutions
30 Collaborates with clients, product teams, and key capabilities to solve problems and design effective solutions that support internal teams and client business needs.
30 Work with the New Business Transition team to manage the setup and implementation of Publicis Groupe operational solutions for new clients during the transition of new business
30 Manage internal and client executive leadership and account team communications and relationships
30 Conduct half-yearly account reviews with Global Client Leads and teams.
30 Manage global operations project management, solution SMEs and product teams to ensure timely delivery of operational solutions
Qualifications
30 5-10 years' agency experience as it pertains to media in Product Management and Technology (client facing), Media Operations (client facing), OR client-side marketing role
30 Strong experience with project planning, management, and delivery
30 Strong understanding of media operations and the roles of data governance, trafficking, reporting, and analytics across the end-to-end media process
30 Proactive self-starter who is detail-oriented and can work independently
30 Flexible and open to role changes/ evolution and taking on new/ additional work outside of role scope as needed
30 Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills to develop, manage and maintain client relationships
30 Strong presentation skills including compilation of presentations and any collateral needed to convey recommendations and spark inspiration
30 Highest ethical standards
30 You are prepared to roll your sleeves up and get hands on with projects!

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $174,300.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
