Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a (hybrid) Senior Program Manager based in Indianapolis, IN to serve as a key leader within the North America Transformation Office, responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact commercial growth, operational productivity, and system modernization across the region.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $135,000 - $155,000base salary, plus bonus eligibility. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

What you will do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation programs (ERP, EDI, customer platforms, order automation)
  • Drive decision-making through structured governance forums (e.g., Steering Committees), surfacing risks, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs with elevated risk and ambiguity, managing dependencies across global functions, leaders, and timelines


What we require
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial environments
  • Proven experience driving large-scale transformations (ERP, digital platforms, or operational excellence)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building and tracking business cases and ROI


What we prefer
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Psychology or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred), EDI, and customer-facing platforms (eCommerce, Salesforce)
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed organizations with global and regional stakeholders
  • Formal project/program management certification (PMP, PgMP)
  • Change management experience or certification (Prosci or equivalent)
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with complex operational processes
