We are excited to announce an opportunity for a
Senior Program Analyst to join our team and assist the Strategic Systems Programs Technical Division. In this role, you will help manage workflows to ensure efficient and effective program management, prioritize daily deliverables, draft executive correspondence, and facilitate meetings and offsites for leadership, DoD, and industry partners.
You will work with division stakeholders to track and produce deliverables for the Division Head and Deputy, organize and manage Division processes, and report on programmatic actions to senior leadership. Additionally, you will create, review, edit, and implement internal process documents related to the TRIDENT II Weapons System acquisition, coordinating related input and approval from government and industry partners.
What You'll Do- Gain a robust knowledge of our cultures and practices, and lead coordination for high-level events for the Division and industry partners.
- Execute coordination efforts between the Branch Head, SESs, staff, and industry partners, develop program updates, and reporting materials as needed on behalf of the Missile Branch.
- Create internal program status reports on behalf of the branch.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and editing instructions, meeting minutes, memorandums, formal letters, program briefings, and other documentation.
- Facilitate and organize weekly branch meetings, draft and edit presentations, and provide status updates to branch leadership.
What You Bring to the Table- A bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence.
- An active DoD Secret clearance, or a previously active clearance held within the past two years and still in good standing.
- Skills: Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%
