What You'll Do:
  • Launch Our AI-Powered Future: Take a key role in the enterprise rollout of our new learning platform (Sana) and Talent Hub. You will help drive adoption, ensuring these tools become an essential part of our employees' daily work.
  • Be a Tech Evangelist & Integrator: Partner with Talent Management leads to integrate our new platforms seamlessly into the flow of work, creating a frictionless, tech-enabled employee experience.
  • Own the Room (Virtually & In-Person): Spark "aha!" moments as a dynamic facilitator for our leadership and team member development programs. Your energy and expertise will make learning the best part of everyone's day.
  • Create & Innovate: Design and build transformative learning experiences-from engaging workshops to innovative digital resources-that develop our talent, foster high-performing teams, and build future-ready skills.
  • Drive Flawless Execution: Masterfully manage critical talent initiatives from concept to launch. Your keen eye for detail and strong project management skills will ensure we deliver on our promises.

Job Qualifications:
