• Maintain organized file structures, versioning standards, and delivery workflows across large-scale integrated campaigns
• Troubleshoot production challenges and identify smart, efficient executional solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail under tight timelines
• Stay current on evolving platform requirements, design tools, and production best practices
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, craft-driven team culture

• Ability to balance speed, efficiency, and creative quality in fast-paced environments
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, production, strategy, and development teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred
• Experience working within integrated agency or production studio environments
• Familiarity with motion design and asset preparation for animation/video, as well as OOH specifications and large-format print workflows
