This role translates client needs, market intelligence, and healthcare analytics into differentiated product strategies and 12-24 month roadmaps in partnership with Technical Product Managers (TPMs), General Managers (GMs), and cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate combines healthcare domain expertise, strong commercial judgment, and strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and deliver scalable platform solutions. Experience supporting specialty care and pharmacy (Rx) analytics is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Strategy Manager, you will define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider and payer platform portfolio by translating market intelligence, client insights, and business objectives into differentiated products and commercialization strategies. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, General Managers, Marketing, Client Services, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership, you will guide product investments from market discovery through commercialization while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify emerging opportunities and inform platform strategy.
  • Defining and owning product strategy for risk bearing provider and payer adjacent platform offerings by translating market intelligence, client feedback, and business objectives into actionable 12-24 month product roadmaps.
  • Partnering with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities, identify strategic growth areas, and support annual business planning.

  • Leading product strategy for platform opportunities spanning risk- bearing provider organizations, including accountable care organizations, specialty care, pharmacy analytics and payer adjacent workflows.

  • Prioritizing product investments by evaluating market demand, scalability, competitive differentiation, commercial value, and build-versus partner opportunities.
  • Leading market validation, product definition, business case development, and business requirements to enable successful execution by Technical Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Identifying reusable platform capabilities that can scale across provider and payer adjacent workflows while supporting future market expansion.
  • Identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and decision-support solutions that improve platform value, usability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Serving as the platform product subject matter expert, supporting product development, solution validation, internal enablement, client engagements, conferences, webinars, and other market-facing activities.
  • Leading commercialization efforts by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers to develop positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, packaging, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market plans.
  • Measuring product performance through market adoption, client feedback, competitive positioning, and post-launch analytics to continuously refine product strategy and investment priorities.
  • Collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align stakeholders, resolve tradeoffs, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Partnering with Client Services to define scalable service, support, and operating models that enable long-term customer success.

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

Above all else, we are seeking a strategic product leader who is passionate about transforming healthcare through innovative, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines provider and payer adjacent market expertise with strong business acumen and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting, supporting risk bearing provider, or accountable care organizations. Experience with payer-adjacent workflows is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platform strategy, product development lifecycles, and business planning.
  • Deep knowledge of risk- bearing provider organizations, including accountable care organizations, healthcare claims, clinical and pharmacy data, population health, and value-based care.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.
