Full Job Description
We are looking for a commercially minded, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to make Tensor indispensable to large enterprises. You will own the product lifecycle-from discovery and strategy through roadmap, launch, adoption, retention, and expansion-turning customer evidence, product data, and commercial performance into clear priorities.
Your north star: create measurable customer value and sustainable commercial growth for TeamViewer Tensor.
Responsibilities
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the portfolio, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial goals.
• Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue through data-driven product decisions and continuous optimization.
• Lead customer discovery and translate insights into clear priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to deliver impactful product experiences and go-to-market initiatives.
• Define success metrics, measure business impact, and communicate progress, priorities, and results to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen market differentiation.
Requirements
• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or related technology markets.
• Proven track record of defining strategy, managing roadmaps, and improving customer and commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical, customer discovery, and decision-making skills, with experience using data to prioritize investments.
• Commercial understanding of SaaS metrics, retention, expansion, pricing, packaging, and business performance.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT, security, endpoint management, remote connectivity, or related software domains is a plus.
