About the RoleCommand Center is Second Nature's internal workflow platform, the operational backbone that lets our teams keep pace with a business scaling faster than our manual processes were built for. The mission is simple: minimize operational complexity so team members can focus on the highest-value aspects of their work.
The Senior Product Manager owns Command Center's core workflows, customer onboarding, activation, and enrollment management, while acting as platform steward for other domains building on top of it. Reporting to the Group Product Manager for SN Ops, this role partners closely with Sales, RevOps, CSM, Onboarding & Implementation, CX, and the Data/Enrollment Management team, and leads Second Nature's broader digital transformation away from manual processes.
Expected Outcomes- Reduce Operational Complexity: Give team members simpler, more reliable workflows to unlock team capacity the business can redeploy to growth.
- Own Onboarding, Activation & Enrollment Management: Deliver effective, efficient, and reliable workflows for how customers get onboarded, activated, and enrolled in Second Nature's products.
- Enable Every Domain, Not Just Your Own: Provide the platform stability, maturity, and UX foundation that lets other product domains build and iterate on their own workflow needs without Command Center becoming a bottleneck.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Move the business off legacy, manual-heavy processes and onto a technology-enabled operating model at scale.
- Push the Boundaries of How We Build: Bring modern PDLC practices and AI-assisted development into how Command Center ships, so the team delivers more impact, faster.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Command Center, anchored to reducing operational cost and complexity.
- Prioritize platform investments by balancing business impact, team enablement, and speed of delivery for other domains building on the platform.
- Use data (usage patterns, error/exception rates, cycle times, adoption curves) as a first-class input to roadmap decisions, not just qualitative stakeholder input.
Core Workflow Ownership- Own the core customer onboarding, activation, and enrollment management workflows end to end.
- Set the platform, UX, and architectural standards that let other domain teams (RO, GRI, PAS, and others) build and ship their own workflow tools on Command Center rapidly and consistently.
Cross-Functional Partnership- Work closely with Sales/RevOps, CSM, Onboarding & Implementation, CX (Support), and Data/Enrollment Management teams to understand their day-to-day workflow needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements.
- Partner broadly across the Product & Technology org to keep Command Center coordinated with, rather than duplicative of, other teams' workflow efforts.
Execution, Metrics & Modern Delivery- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Command Center initiatives, from discovery through rollout and iteration.
- Track and report on adoption, efficiency, and OpEx/NR impact of workflow improvements, grounded in real data rather than anecdote.
- Champion practical use of AI tooling across the product development lifecycle - from discovery and spec-writing to prototyping and QA - to help the team move faster without sacrificing rigor.
About you- 6-8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or internal platform/tools roles.
- Experience building or owning internal workflow, onboarding, or operations platforms used by multiple internal teams.
- You measure yourself by value delivered, not features shipped. You can translate operational work into business terms (OpEx, NR, cycle time) and make invisible work visible to the business.
- Genuine enthusiasm for how AI is reshaping the product development lifecycle, with real experience or point of view on applying it to ship faster and better.
- Comfortable and energized working with data-rich problems - comfortable pulling apart usage and operational data yourself, not just consuming a dashboard someone else built.
- Strong track record partnering with go-to-market and operations functions (Sales, RevOps, CSM, Support) rather than only engineering.
- Comfortable acting as a platform steward - enabling other teams to build well, not just building everything yourself.
- Decisive, "First Principles" thinker who can convert ambiguity into a clear roadmap and unblock teams proactively.
- Excellent cross-functional communicator, able to align stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams quickly.
