What You'll Do

  • Build & launch products in the Spotify Ads Manager to drive advertiser revenue and improve ad performance.
  • Leverage advertiser insights, lead data-driven experimentation, and navigate complex trade-offs to drive clear business impact and scale.
  • Drive continuous product discovery and funnel optimization for the advertiser platform, directly influencing retention and long-term business growth.
  • Implement AI tooling to build innovative and performant products with speed.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product insights and business partners and collaboratively with other product teams to identify and drive high-impact opportunities.
  • Create products and APIs which scale on our ads platform.
  • Help develop a holistic ad strategy for the future of the Spotify Ads Business.
  • Create a healthy and productive environment in your team through honesty, accountability, empathy and inclusivity.


Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through product innovation.
  • You have experience shipping AdTech products, ideally advertiser-facing, and understand how they impact business value and user experience.
  • You are an autonomous product owner, capable of navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to ship advertiser-facing products.
  • You possess a deep curiosity or direct experience implementing generative AI within advertiser-facing workflows.
  • You have a technical understanding of how to build products and APIs that scale.
  • You're comfortable leading global product launches & experiments, and using data to drive decisions.
