Beyond the role itself, this is how we work together every day:

  • Bias for Action: Move with the best information available now. Drive with purpose, speed, and quality.
  • AI as a Force Multiplier: Use AI to scale judgment and throughput - it extends our people, it doesn't replace their ownership.
  • Trust and Verify: What looks right from one seat may not from another. Trust expertise, verify outcomes and impact.
  • Say It in the Room: Raise the concern or disagreement directly and early.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the development and execution of the product roadmap.

  • Work collaboratively with Engineering Leads, Design Teams, Data Science, Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business outcomes, customer needs, technology enablement and adoption.
  • Manage backlog, prioritize feature requests, and create user stories based on company goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to create scalable client reporting and data delivery solutions across standard, configurable/self-service and custom reporting.
  • Lead calls with clients around reporting capabilities and upcoming reporting enhancements.
  • Partner closely with Data teams to trace, validate and reconcile data across source systems, ensuring accurate and consistent client-facing reporting and data outputs.
  • Performs data analytics in support of trend identification, initiative, program development, appropriate use of analytic tools, and validation through collaboration with other teams/departments.
