In both cases, you'll be accountable for turning validated customer needs into high-quality software that meets nuclear regulatory requirements and NPX's high standards for safety and performance.

Travel Expectations: Occasional travel (approximately once a month).

What You'll Drive
  1. Product Discovery
  • Lead discovery workshops and user interviews to uncover problems worth solving and opportunities worth pursuing
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria
  • Translate insights into clear, well-documented requirements that teams can execute against
  1. Product Delivery
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from problem definition through delivery
  • Own scope, priorities, and trade-offs to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business goals
  1. Product Strategy
  • Identify patterns across customer work that can inform product strategy and future investments
  • When working on software products, contribute to longer-term planning and roadmap thinking

What You'll Bring
  • Results & Impact: You set objectives that will blow customers' minds, and align stakeholders towards those goals
  • Adaptability & Growth: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about deepening your product craft and understanding of the nuclear industry.
  • Initiative & Innovation: you proactively identify and solve problems.
  • Cultural Amplification: You embody and strengthen our culture and values by giving constructive feedback to teammates and stakeholders, treating every day like it's Day 1, pursuing outcomes that blow our customers' minds, and going above and beyond to make the people around you feel supported.

🌸 Your Interview Journey

Our interview process is designed for you to showcase your relevant experience, while gaining a real sense of who we are and how we work.

Here's what that looks like:
  1. Intro Chat (30 min) - You'll meet Lauren, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, to learn more about NPX and the role. She'll also learn more about you, your values, motivations, and whether there's a mutual fit.
  2. Team Chat (60 min) - You'll meet me, Anthony, and another team member to walk through your product management experience. We're excited to learn about your approach to product discovery, delivery, and strategy.
  3. Director Chat (30 min) - You'll meet Kshitij, our Director of Digital Transformation, to talk about how you work across teams. He'll be looking to understand your adaptability, collaboration style, and what drives you every day.
🌿 What You'll Find Here

To do great work, you need to be well in mind, body, and soul. At NPX, we design our environment around the whole person, not just the job they do.
  • Mind: Tools and support for mental wellness, professional growth, and financial security.
  • Body: Health coverage, a spending account, and the freedom to rest and recharge.
  • Soul: Meaningful work, alignment with your values, and time to refresh with time off.
  • Financial wellbeing? Covered. That means competitive pay and recognition for the impact you make.
