Full Job Description
Overview

Are you interested in working on large scale cloud service platforms built on Kubernetes where your customers are a large and diverse set of Microsoft 365 product teams, running some of the largest workloads in Microsoft? If so, come be a part of the Microsoft 365 Core Product Management team.

As an experienced and highly technical Product Manager, you will define strategy and drive roadmap execution for our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform, with a focus on developer experiences, intelligent workload orchestration, scalability, and platform reliability. You will partner closely with engineering teams across Microsoft to enable services such as AI agents and agentic systems, to run securely, efficiently, and at hyperscale across Microsoft's cloud infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, platform engineering, and AI platform evolution. You will help shape the foundational platform capabilities that power the future of Microsoft 365 and intelligent agent ecosystems.

Responsibilities

The work in this role is wide-ranging and will involve:
  • You will influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You'll also be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.
  • You will define feature sets and facilitate senior-level usability reviews with customers. You'll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions and collaborate with partner teams to build golden configurations, scalable platform patterns, and scenario walkthroughs.
  • As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs to improve product development across multiple areas. You'll also identify features to deprecate, and build trust with targeted customers.
  • Driving growth strategy and roadmap for the product, including platform capabilities that enable AI-powered and agentic workloads to run securely, reliably, and efficiently at hyperscale.
  • Defining and driving the infrastructure vision for large-scale Kubernetes-based platforms that support fleet provisioning, workload orchestration, and the next generation of intelligent agents and distributed AI systems.
  • Evangelizing the product and platform vision to new customers across Microsoft, including teams building AI, Copilot, and agentic experiences.
  • Working with diverse stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners, customer engineering teams, AI platform teams, and compliance auditors.
  • Working closely with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to drive new platform capabilities and ensure business continuity for all customers running on this platform.
  • Partnering with engineering teams across Microsoft to enable scalable execution environments, operational patterns, and platform primitives for agentic systems and autonomous workflows.
  • Managing the backlog and priorities for your feature areas, ensuring features land on time and with high quality.
  • Delivering an enterprise-grade platform to customers across multiple clouds while supporting evolving AI and agentic platform requirements.
  • Establish a network of partnerships with technical leaders across the company.
  • Embody our Culture and Values
