As a Senior Product Manager on the IT Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will own internal technology products that support critical GTM capabilities such as CRM platforms, lead-to-quote workflows, sales productivity tools, and marketing automation systems.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve seller productivity, accelerate deal execution, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for GTM technology platforms
  • Translate business strategy and operational needs into scalable product capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve seller productivity, marketing effectiveness, and revenue workflows through technology
  • Align product strategy with enterprise architecture, security, and platform standards

Product Lifecycle Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM products from discovery and requirements through delivery and continuous improvement
  • Develop clear product requirements (PRDs), define success metrics, and track product adoption and impact
  • Use user feedback and data insights to refine priorities and improve the product experience

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Security, and IT teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities
  • Represent the voice of the user, ensuring solutions address real operational challenges
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to plan and deliver product releases
  • Balance new feature development with platform improvements and technical debt
  • Ensure smooth product delivery by managing cross-team dependencies and aligning stakeholders

Adoption & Change Management
  • Partner with enablement and change management teams to drive adoption of new GTM capabilities
  • Communicate product changes and new features across impacted teams
  • Monitor KPIs and support incident or problem management when issues arise
Requirements
