What you'll doAs the Senior Product Manager (P4) for Data Verification within the Identify team, you will independently define and own the long-term strategic roadmap for a complex enterprise product area. In this high-autonomy role, you will navigate organizational ambiguity, manage large stakeholder groups, and act as the core strategic partner to Engineering, UX, and Sales leadership. You will transform deeply technical multi-system requirements into scalable business outcomes while maintaining the long-term health of our platform ecosystem.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager Product Manager, Identify.
Responsibility- Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs, taking full ownership of execution quality and positive, measurable impact
- Drive the roadmap definition and prioritization for your product scope, ensuring tight alignment with the broader multi-year Identity platform vision
- Define and analyze metrics-including North Star targets and Guardrail KPIs-to monitor product success and diagnose performance
- Act as a trusted partner for large enterprise customers, translating their complex compliance, security, and verification needs into scalable requirements
- Demonstrate a proactive curiosity for the Identity/data verification landscape, and monitoring emerging trends
- Understand market, competitor, and customer needs by collaborating with Data Science, User Research, and Marketing, while keeping Sales teams aligned during strategic product shifts
- Facilitate requirements definition across teams to translate technical product requirements into developer-ready user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead the definition and design of features, iterating closely with UX leadership to navigate complex enterprise interaction design standards
- Work closely with Customer Support and Marketing on unified go-to-market strategies and cross-team alignment

What you bringBasic- 8+ years of SaaS product management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree (ideally in a technical or business discipline)
- Experience managing enterprise B2B products through large-scale migrations, architectural transitions, or feature deprecations
- Experience with distributed systems, complex platform integrations, and 3rd-party API management
- Experience with user experience, interaction design fundamentals, and user-centricity
Preferred- Experience in the identity and data verification business, or managing products within highly regulated industries like Finance, Healthcare, or the Public Sector
- Fluency with top-tier written and verbal communication skills to translate technical logic to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Sales and Legal)
- A proactive, pragmatic learner who is brave enough to probe technical details outside of their comfort zone to make data-driven decisions
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $140,100.00 - $197,925.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
