Job Description:

About the Role

The Senior Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and performance across our next-generation cloud suite of products, CoreRespond and CoreRelate Cloud. This role sets product vision and direction for both platforms, ensuring execution ladders up to a coherent, unified strategy. The role drives innovation through customer insights, automation and AI, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value to law firms and legal professionals and fuel sustainable revenue growth.

You'll act as customer advocate and business strategist, bridging R&D, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver products that are intelligent, scalable, and profitable.

This could be a career-transition opportunity for someone who has lived inside a law firm's application environment - an Application Specialist, Application Engineer, Application Manager, or similar role - who has owned attorney and legal staff workflows and systems firsthand and is ready to bring that operational depth into a software product management career.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and execute a clear, unified product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation across workflows.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new features, modules, and AI-driven offerings in collaboration with Sales.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to anticipate trends and shape long-term strategy.
  • Build data-backed business cases that align product investments with measurable ROI.

2. Customer-Centric Innovation
  • Partner with customers and industry stakeholders to identify and validate use cases for emerging technology and AI.
  • Lead customer research, field visits, and analytics reviews to prioritize roadmap initiatives.
  • Translate insights into actionable features that improve adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensure 70%+ of features directly address validated customer needs and deliver measurable ROI.

3. Product Execution & Lifecycle Management
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation and requirements to launch and continuous optimization.
  • Author clear, structured product documentation - including PRDs, functional specifications, workflow definitions, and acceptance criteria - to support engineering, QA, and go-to-market teams.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog with clear business and financial justifications.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Track and report key product metrics, iterating quickly based on data and feedback.

4. Go-to-Market & Adoption
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to drive feature utilization, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Partner with Sales on value-based messaging and go-to-market positioning.
  • Develop and refine pricing models for new and existing features, balancing customer value, market positioning, and profitability.
  • Develop internal and external product resources, including end-user documentation (user guides and online help), training materials, and product demos and videos.
  • Work with Sales on technology and platform partner relationships - including integration and reseller partners - providing product roadmap input and supporting joint go-to-market planning.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance user engagement and expand revenue streams.

Qualifications

Required (one of the following backgrounds):
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management within SaaS B2B software, with a strong track record owning strategy and roadmap across multiple products or a complex product line; direct legal technology industry experience strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Application Specialist, Application Engineer or Application Manager inside a law firm, with hands-on ownership of attorney and legal staff workflows and systems, and a clear, demonstrated interest in transitioning into a software product management career.

All Candidates:
  • Deep, firsthand understanding of law firm operations and attorney and legal staff workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred:
  • Proven success in pricing strategy or monetization of SaaS features.
  • Strong understanding of AI-DLC methodology, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful software products.

Core Competencies
  • Customer-obsessed and data-driven
  • Strategic thinker with bias for execution
  • Financially literate (pricing, margins, ROI modeling)
  • Strong UX and design sensibility
  • Innovative mindset with understanding of AI's business applications
  • Collaborative leadership and influence without authority
  • Continuous improvement and learning mindset
