Help shape the future of cobrand card products by modernizing a platform that supports critical customer and partner experiences. You will turn real customer needs into scalable capabilities, delivered in frequent, high-impact releases.

Job Summary

As aCobrand Card Platform Product ManagerinCobrand Cards, you lead discovery and delivery to modernize how we build cobrand card products and capabilities. You work with design, data, and engineering partners to create reusable, resilient platform features that improve quality and availability. You prioritize the roadmap, define clear outcomes, and guide delivery teams to ship minimum viable releases that make a measurable difference for customers, partners, and our business.

Job responsibilities

  • Engage customers and internal users to understand pain points, validate needs, and incorporate feedback into the roadmap
  • Co-develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals and market needs
  • Lead product discovery activities, including problem framing, journey mapping, and hypothesis-driven testing
  • Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an agile delivery model
  • Prioritize work across modernization and new capabilities using value, risk, and feasibility trade-offs
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable, reusable platform capabilities and improved user experiences
  • Collaborate with external partners to define use cases and requirements, and serve as the primary internal expert for those needs
  • Drive end-to-end delivery from ideation through launch, coordinating dependencies across cross-functional teams
  • Define, track, and use key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure product delivery aligns with regulatory expectations and strong security and data protection practices
  • Support go-to-market planning, including positioning and release planning, with marketing and business partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Nine or more years of product management experience in banking, financial services, financial technology, payments, or payment processing
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related engineering field
  • Strong customer focus with experience gathering feedback and turning it into product decisions and roadmaps
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and influence without formal authority
  • Experience delivering platform and application capabilities using iterative, minimum viable releases
  • Working knowledge of application programming interfaces, payment processing, and card issuance concepts
  • Experience with digital web and mobile product delivery and application programming interface based products
  • Familiarity with cloud-based product development and data analytics concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to prioritize and measure outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Past experience on Card System of Record (SOR) platforms, driving account data conversion or migration of portfolios, by creating or deploying solutions to improve migration speed and efficiency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master of business administration or advanced masters degree
  • Experience modernizing legacy platforms, including improving reliability, availability, and reuse
  • Experience applying design thinking methods and communicating target experiences through wireframes or mockups
  • Prior experience defining or reviewing application programming interface contracts and documentation
  • Familiarity with business process automation and workflow optimization
  • Experience building measurement frameworks and dashboards for product health and adoption
  • Background working with external brand or partner teams in a cobrand or partnership model

  • This role partners closely with teams across product, design, data, engineering, and external partners
  • Work may include participation in release planning and delivery ceremonies to support timely launches
