Full Job Description
The Role We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our candidate experience initiatives. Our staffing database has millions of records. You will own the strategy and execution to give a differentiated, zero-friction experience to our candidates: the nurses and allied health clinicians we place into healthcare jobs. This is a high-impact role: every improvement in candidate experience directly increases placement rates (creating revenue), reduces the amount of time recruiters spend on high-volume top-of-funnel outreach, and helps put a skilled clinician into an important healthcare job. Key Responsibilities • Own the product roadmap for candidate onboarding, placement, and reengagement experience. • Define success metrics and build dashboards to track the entire candidate funnel across both human-led and AI-driven touchpoints. • Partner with engineering to rapidly build and iterate on the candidate portal and supporting workflows. • Work with operations to understand recruiter workflows and identify the highest-leverage improvements to candidate experience.
