Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end insurance product conversions including system setup and customer outreach
  • Support implementation of block takeovers as required
  • Act as the primary liaison between insurance carriers and operational teams
  • Serve as coverage support for Product Analyst tasks to maintain product deliverables
  • Oversee quality checks and distribution of claims reports and other ad-hoc reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and integrated project plans
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to standards
  • Drive execution of projects by tracking milestones and managing stakeholder communications
  • Identify and address process gaps with stakeholders

  • Prepare and distribute quarterly reports with relevant claims data

Full Job Description
A both internal and external facing position responsible for leading cross-functional teams on key corporate initiatives including, but not limited to, building carrier insurance products into a proprietary Administration system and managing product requirements. Acts as the liaison between insurance carriers and operational teams for carrier-related builds, changes, reporting updates, and system needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate insurance product conversions end-to-end, including system configuration, customer communications, data mapping/validation, timeline management, file processing, and issue resolution.
  • Support block takeovers and related implementation work as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between insurance carriers operations teams for product builds/changes, reporting updates, and system needs.
  • Provide coverage support for Product Analyst responsibilities as needed to ensure continuity of product deliverables.
  • Oversee production, quality checks, and distribution of claims reporting and other required ad hoc reporting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and tasks for assigned product and system change initiatives; integrate workstreams into an integrated project plan.
  • Maintain project documentation and artifacts in accordance with established standards.
  • Drive execution with cross-functional teams; track milestones and follow up with stakeholders on due dates, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements as issues arise, partnering with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly census file deliverables, including validation and delivery to carrier partners.
  • Coordinate monthly reinsurance file deliverables and other recurring file-based outputs.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly report communications using claims and other available inputs.
  • Maintain and update carrier procedure manuals in coordination with internal stakeholders.
