This position is responsible for ensuring the right software and material is available at the right time, in the right quantity, to support production and customer delivery commitments while balancing cost, inventory, and supplier performance. Candidate will work directly with vendors, and internal teams across the contract and organization to source, track, and maintain software and hardware procurements.
Responsibilities:• Ensure uninterrupted software and material availability to support the program.
• Place and manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and expedite critical deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Program Management, Subcontracting, and Suppliers to resolve delivery delays and schedule risks.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters, lead times, and order status within.
• Support government contract requirements, including DPAS-rated orders and ITAR compliance.
• Communicate supply chain risks, mitigation plans, and status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive on-time delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Cross reference alternate manufacturer part numbers
• Create, submit, and track Purchase Orders (POs) through delivery
• Manager license cadence and support financial model forecasting
• Identify and support qualifying new suppliers
Qualifications:Required:
• 5+ years of experience supporting DOW procurements environments.
• Bachelor's degree in relatable field or business/technology, or associate’s degree with additional relatable years of experience
• U. S. Citizenship is required
• Must be willing and able to obtain a US Government security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
