Full Job Description
The Senior Product Delivery Analyst plays a critical role in delivering strategic investment data, reporting, and technology solutions that support Manulife's Asset Management and Investment Operations functions. This role partners closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define product requirements, improve investment data capabilities, and drive the successful delivery of transformational initiatives. The successful candidate will combine deep investment domain expertise with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to enable data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and scalable technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide investment data strategy while working on complex modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Position Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Owners, Squad Leads, business stakeholders, investment teams, and technology partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Support end-to-end product delivery from requirements and design through testing, implementation, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, architecture standards, and data governance requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions between business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Analyze investment data flows, integrations, reporting requirements, and operational processes across multiple platforms and applications.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, operating procedures, data mappings, reporting specifications, and training materials.
  • Support investment data governance, data quality controls, lineage, metadata management, and issue remediation activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Assess business impacts, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations for new product features and enhancements.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives involving cloud modernization, data platforms, reporting solutions, and investment technology capabilities.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Delivery, or related experience within Financial Services.
  • 5+ years of Capital Markets, Asset Management, Investment Operations, or Wealth Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Investment Accounting, Financial Data Management, or Investment Reporting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise data initiatives involving data design, data governance, data quality, data lakes, ETL processes, or data integration technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and influencing senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven experience delivering technology and data solutions supporting investment management organizations.
  • Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of investment data concepts including securities, holdings, transactions, positions, market data, benchmarks, exposures, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology teams and drive successful delivery outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Investment Risk, Performance, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Trading, or Investment Accounting platforms.
  • Knowledge of institutional asset management business processes and investment lifecycle workflows.
  • Experience with investment management platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Findur, Apex, Yardi, Charles River, or similar solutions.
  • Experience working with Bloomberg and other market data providers.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions using Azure technologies including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, SQL Managed Instance, APIs, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data governance, lineage, metadata management, and data quality frameworks in regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards.
  • Demonstrated success supporting product roadmaps, prioritization, portfolio planning, and strategic initiative delivery.
  • Experience presenting complex business and technical concepts to executive leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation technologies, workflow orchestration, and digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and investment management controls.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe, Agile Certifications, CFA, FRM, or equivalent are considered assets.

Salary range is expected to be between
$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD
