JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Product Associate in Trust and Security, you define the product roadmap and objectives for a customer service operations technology platform. You lead end-to-end delivery, partner closely with technology leaders, and ensure solutions launch successfully while meeting stakeholder expectations and required controls.

Job responsibilities
  • Define the roadmap, objectives, and measurable outcomes for the customer service operations technology platform
  • Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring outcomes meet agreed stakeholder acceptance criteria
  • Partner with the Tech Lead to align product vision, technical approach, and requirements feasibility
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value
  • Develop clear cases for value and ensure alignment across stories, epics, and themes
  • Create testing and implementation plans to support high-quality releases
  • Gather feedback and use product analytics to iterate and improve client and user experiences
  • Ensure solutions meet legal, regulatory, risk, and control requirements throughout delivery
  • Communicate product direction, roadmap, and trade-offs to technology and business audiences
  • Lead with a hands-on, detail-oriented, outcome-focused approach and strong team collaboration
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3 years Expertise delivering and scaling customer service operations technology products
  • Experience working in complex software environments using Agile and Scrum practices
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs
  • Strong experience assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing work to align with product strategy
