The Senior Manager, Process Owner, Accounting Services (AS), Finance Application Services (FAS) and Cost Allocation Services (CAS) is a strategic leadership role within the Operations Process Engineering group that leads a team of process owners and subject matter experts in the creation, design, and management of end-to-end processes and procedures.

This role is responsible for supporting the Accounting Services (AS), Finance Application Services (FAS) and Cost Allocation Services (CAS) pillars in Finance Shared Services (FSS) by providing continuous improvement of processes, reducing risk and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes. This individual will lead transformational change in FSS and will partner with various stakeholder groups to reshape FSS processes, embedding innovation, risk discipline, and digital-first thinking into everything we do. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise, positioning you to drive organizational excellence through process optimization, artificial intelligence, and automation. Success is measured through delivering transformational changes that achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, risk mitigation, digitization, and employee satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Define, document, and maintain end-to-end processes across AS, FAS and CAS, establishing clear scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive measurable outcomes
  • Continuously identify and prioritize transformation opportunities leveraging artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), and digital enablers to improve client experience, streamline fulfillment processes, achieve efficiency gains and increased digitization year-over-year.

  • Champion process improvement initiatives that increase productivity year-over-year while maintaining regulatory compliance and control effectiveness
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through succession planning, development planning, and targeted action plans aligned to employee engagement survey feedback
