Full Job Description
The Senior Pricing Support Specialist execute pricing strategy, sales operations, forecasting, inventory planning, dealer compliance, and operational excellence for GE Appliances' Large Appliances and Air & Water Solutions businesses in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, optimize inventory, and ensure compliance with dealer and GEA requirements. Position Senior Pricing Support Specialist Location USA, Carolina, PR How You'll Create Possibilities • Execute Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management. • Develop and execute pricing strategies for Large Appliances and Air & Water Solutions across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean to maximize sales growth, market competitiveness, and profitability. • Manage pricing updates, promotional programs, cost changes, margin analysis, and initiatives to accelerate the sale of aged and slow-moving inventory. • Manage Dealer Compliance, Agreements & Sales Incentive Programs: • Maintain dealer sales agreements, contracts, Know Your Customer (KYC), and compliance documentation to ensure customers meet all requirements to conduct business with GE Appliances. • Administer monthly SPIFF programs for Puerto Rico customers, including calculations, validation, reporting, and payment reconciliation. • Oversee Order Management, Inventory Planning & Forecasting: • Manage the end-to-end order process, monitor open orders and backorders, and drive timely resolution of fulfillment issues. • Develop demand forecasts and inventory strategies in partnership with Sales and Supply Chain teams to optimize product availability, inventory turns, and customer service levels. • Audit Consigned inventory at dealer floors. Execute Replenishment and sales orders as needed. • Drive Business Analytics & Operational Excellence: • Provide reporting, analysis, and insights on pricing, sales, inventory, forecast accuracy, and operational performance to support business decisions. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall business performance. What You'll Bring to Our Team Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field. • 5 years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations. • Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, and problem-solving skills. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tool proficiency (Power BI preferred). • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills. • Bilingual - Fluency in both English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to integrate across teams, strong process skills. • Demonstrated ability to execute projects and deliver results. Working Conditions: • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. • 10% of travel is required for domestic and/or international travel to customer sites.
