The Role and Team

Pricing Operations is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving global pricing processes throughout the company. This role is a great fit for a self-starter who enjoys driving business impact and operational efficiency, can serve as an internal consultant (e.g., problem solver) and owner, and will have the opportunity for significant exposure and visibility across the business.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Sunnyvale HQ, 4 days a week.

Your day-to-day
  • Automate frequently asked reporting requests & help with proper data management
  • Support on GTM Ad-hoc analysis & reporting for pricing & product lifecycle
  • Maintain all pricing data and price list for company
  • Create and maintain tables in data warehouse to build insights and make business decisions
  • Regularly evaluate existing processes, procedures, and operational challenges
  • Lead projects cross-functionally and optimally communicate to all upstream/downstream partners to ensure understanding of strategy, project plan, and impacts
  • Identify and implement cross-functional operational improvement and adopt standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.)
  • Partner with product marketing, product management, and professional services on ASP, promotions, bundle, product spend, and health metrics analysis
  • Update pricing material and internal communications across sales enablement tools for the field
  • Build Pricing KPIs and metrics for SaaS based company
  • Pricing Operations business partner across PMM, BMS, Buying Programs, ABP, BU Finance, Revenue Assurance, Legal, and Product Delivery
  • Determine optimal pricing points and structures for our products and services, considering factors such as customer segmentation, product features, and market dynamics.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability, considering changing market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and present pricing reports, recommendations, and insights to senior management, helping them make informed decisions.


What you bring to the team
  • 5 + years in pricing, business operations, sales operations, or business analytics in enterprise software
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience with Excel for data modeling
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with PowerBI, R and Python is a plus
  • Experience working with cross functional teams such as Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Accounting, Deals Desk, Renewals, Channel, Order Management, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations to support pricing and strategy
  • Quantitative experience with both SaaS and on-prem pricing models, as well as channel pricing programs and quarterly promotions is a plus
  • Database management is a plus
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of employees
  • PMO experience nice to have but not required

Base Pay Range: 123,200.00 - 193,600.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 102,300.00 - 160,820.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 92,100.00 - 144,705.00 USD
