About the Role:We are looking for a tech-savvy People Operations Specialist to provide essential operational support to the Crusoe People Team. In this role, you'll act as a key resource in maintaining our HRIS (Rippling/Workday) and ensuring our team's data remains accurate and reliable. You will be the helpful first point of contact for employee inquiries, assisting with Tier 1 support needs and providing the day-to-day guidance our colleagues need. Much of your impact will come from assisting in the creation of SOPs and employee enablement resources, helping our team build a smoother, more accessible experience for everyone at Crusoe. This is a full-time position based in Dallas, TX.
What You'll Be Working On:- HRIS & Data Management: Own routine HR transactions within Rippling, including processing worker change requests, promotions, and data updates with 100% accuracy.
- Tier 1 Support: Act as the first point of contact for the People Team, managing the HR ticketing system to address employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and company policy.
- Pre-Employment Operations: Partner with our pre-employment programs team to monitor and report on operations for background checks and drug and alcohol testing.
- One-Time Payment Processes: Partner with Employee Success, Payroll, and Compensation to ensure smooth one-time payment processes (relocation, spot bonuses, etc.). Refine documentation, controls, and auditing that ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
- Documentation & Enablement: Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and employee enablement resources to ensure our internal processes are transparent and scalable.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding operations, including system access management, document collection, and exit process coordination.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify "friction points" in the employee experience and suggest system or workflow enhancements to promote efficiency.
What You'll Bring to the Team:- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with Rippling, Workday, and Jira.
- Writing Skills: Proven ability to take complex processes and turn them into clear, easy-to-follow written documentation and SOPs.
- Customer Service Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide high-touch support to employees at all levels.
- Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with total tact and integrity.
- Organization: Able to manage a high volume of tickets and transactions without losing attention to detail.

Compensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
