Role Summary:We are seeking a proactive Senior Partnerships Associate to support the development and execution of U.S. sports partnerships and ambassador programs. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager, Global Sports & Ambassador Partnerships to manage key partner and ambassador relationships, identify new partnership opportunities, and deliver high-impact activations that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and contribute to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day execution of U.S. sports partnerships and ambassador programs, including creative briefing, promotional setup, product ordering, partnership fulfillment, and rights activation.
- Be the day-to-day lead contact to help manage relationships with U.S. sports partners, such as the likes of New York Yankees and New York Islanders, as well as brand ambassadors and their representatives, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, seamless collaboration, successful activation execution, and delivery of all partnership commitments.
- Support the Senior Manager, Global Sports & Ambassador Partnerships to identify, evaluate, and secure sports, ambassador, and strategic media partnership opportunities, including sponsorships, podcasts, magazines, and other offline marketing channels (like Radio through Audacy, and Yes TV network) prioritizing initiatives that enhance brand relevance, engage target audiences, and support long-term business growth.
- Brief U.S. Sports & Ambassador campaigns-including shoots, appearances, and social content-to the Brand Marketing team, highlighting key sporting calendar moments, providing strategic sports insights, and ensuring campaign activation aligns with broader brand and business objectives
- Develop creative briefs for all partnership-related assets, managing the end-to-end approval process with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to maximize the value and effectiveness of partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Web, Retail, Social and Email, to ensure partnership campaigns are fully integrated across all customer touchpoints.
- Support the Head of US Offline & Partnerships in managing retail marketing initiatives, including new store openings and events.
- Collaborate with the Social and Influencer Marketing team on influencer gifting initiatives, events, and partnership activations where required.
- Support the Head of US Offline & Partnerships with ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise.
Required Skills and Experience- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, and campaign management.
- Experience managing sports partnerships, brand ambassadors, sponsorships, and partnership activations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with external partners, talent representatives, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience developing creative and campaign briefs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring partnership performance and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage partnership deliverables, approvals, promotional codes, and campaign assets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Asana is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and partnership commitments is a plus.
- Passion for sports, brand partnerships, and marketing trends.
*As required by law, this role can reasonably be expected to pay a base salary anywhere between $90,000-$95,000 per year. This is dependent upon experience related to the role*
