Senior National Account Manager, Regional Broker AccountsLocation: US Remote

Main Responsibilities: - Manage broker relationships and retail accounts to achieve distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals
- Build strong partnerships and conduct regular business reviews to drive performance and accountability
- Translate national strategies into regional plans, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and expanded distribution
- Lead joint business planning, category reviews, and customer engagements using data-driven insights
- Leverage syndicated data and monitor competitive trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Own account P&L, including trade investment, forecasting, and delivery of revenue and profitability targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally and equip brokers with tools, training, and clear execution priorities
About You:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of CPG sales experience (OTC, healthcare, or personal care preferred)
- Drive growth and profitability across broker networks and regional grocery accounts
- Lead joint business planning, category initiatives, and data-driven performance analysis
- Influence cross-functional teams and external partners through strong communication and negotiation
- Thrive in fast-paced environments as a collaborative, organized, and results-driven leader
- Ability to travel an average of ~1-2 times per month

The salary range for this position is: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00
All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
