  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and Professional Engineer designation in Canada, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in open pit mine planning, design, and development.
  • Proven experience delivering technical mining studies across the full project lifecycle, including PEA, PFS, and FS work.
  • Advanced expertise in mine planning software, particularly Deswik; experience with Vulcan, MineScape, or ArcGIS is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of mine economics, cost estimation, production scheduling, and equipment productivity analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex technical deliverables.
  • Experience supporting client engagement, proposal development, project scoping, and business development activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including technical report writing and client-facing presentations.
Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $135,200 - $179,100
MB & ON: $123,300 - $169,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $122,100 - $162,200
