- 4 years of experience working in engineering robotics or automotive hardware engineering.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in technical leadership.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with research and engineering teams to transform conceptual 'visions' into tangible, high-fidelity hardware.
Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical systems for novel robotic platforms, ensuring they meet the high-performance requirements of advanced AI research.
- Integrate complex thermal management solutions within tight mechanical constraints to ensure system stability and performance.
- Prototype concepts to validate designs, utilizing a "fail fast" mentality to iterate on hardware solutions.
- Design and manage critical cable routing and connector selection to maintain system integrity and reliability.
- Develop and execute rigorous vibration and shock testing protocols (e.g., drop testing) to establish system requirements and protect sensitive internal components.
