About the role

This role is a brand steward for Intuit QuickBooks. You'll help drive demand for QuickBooks globally, supporting the work that brings our key AI innovations to life and to market. You'll execute in close partnership with PMM, creative, design, legal, finance, web, research, and our agencies to build demand and brand love for QuickBooks around the world.

This team translates product messages into expansive campaigns that extend across the full customer journey. You'll help make sure everything hangs together, looking at the work through a brand, product, and creative lens that drives real business outcomes and genuine brand love.

Responsibilities

You'll partner closely with:
  • PMM, on positioning and business briefs, flagging brand implications early
  • Creative, who brings the work to life against strategy and brief
  • Design, product, and web, to make sure the brand and product experience feel like one thing
  • Legal/Procurement and Finance, to keep campaigns compliant and on budget
  • IMT and Media, to make sure the work lands well across every channel
  • Our agency partners, supporting handoffs and scope across the network
  • Analytics and research teams, grounding strategy and creative decisions in data

What you'll do

  • Support global brand briefs for QuickBooks campaigns, helping shape the strategy and narrative behind them
  • Help bring key AI innovations in QuickBooks to life through brand and demand campaigns
  • Support translating product messages into campaigns that extend across the full customer journey
  • Support brand voice, tone, and visual identity consistency for your campaigns
  • Own management of the B2B brand team budget in partnership with Finance, including accurate and timely reporting and supporting the case for incremental funding.Lead B2B marketing team's yearly investment request and budget forecasting process.Work closely with procurement/legal to manage multi-million dollar contracts
  • Contribute to brand strategy work, helping translate broader Intuit brand strategy into QuickBooks related work and help propose long term solutions as the Intuit brand strategy continues to evolve
  • Support selection and evaluation of strategic content partners, ensuring alignment to overall brand and platform strategy
  • Provide brand perspective on custom content and cultural partnerships, partnering with media teams to keep the work on strategy
  • - Own end-to-end development of brand-led product content and campaigns, from shaping the brief and narrative, to translating product messages across the customer journey, to coordinating with in-house creative and agencies through final production, holding the quality bar throughout.
  • Coordinate with our in house creative team and agencies on asset production, setting a clear brief and holding the bar on execution quality
  • Partner with analytics and research teams to ground campaign strategy and creative decisions in evidence, and to measure what's working


Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Approximately 5+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience
  • Experience supporting or managing agency relationships, including scope, timing, and output quality
  • Experience working with creative teams and supporting onsite production, giving and receiving feedback that improves the work without micromanaging the craft
  • Strong operational rigor. You keep multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders on track without things falling through the cracks
  • Strong communication skills and experience working criss-functionally across a variety of teams , written and verbal, since you'll be partnering across agencies, legal, PMM, creative, and channel teams
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving clarity for others as you translate strategy into a brief or leadership recommendation that other teams will execute against


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
The expected base pay range for this position is:
San Diego $120,000 - $162,500
