What you'll be doing

The Marketing team drives meaningful, personalized experiences across CIBC's owned digital channels to help deepen client relationships and support business priorities. As a Senior Marketing Business Analyst, you'll lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels including CIBC.com, Digital Banking, and email. You'll recommend, influence, and implement personalization and testing opportunities based on data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and the client experience. You'll use Agile Marketing practices to help ensure campaigns and client journeys are delivered efficiently, on time, and with a high standard of quality. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities to strengthen processes, improve delivery, and support strong business outcomes.

How you'll succeed
  • Lead campaign delivery - Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, from planning through launch, ensuring work is delivered on time and meets quality expectations.
  • Apply Agile Marketing practices - Use Agile Marketing methodology to support efficient workflows, improve team productivity, and accelerate delivery timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement - Identify and implement process enhancements that increase the speed, consistency, and quality of campaign execution.
  • Generate actionable insights - Pull and interpret campaign analytics from data visualization and marketing platforms, and provide ongoing and final test reports to stakeholders while maintaining a test library.
  • Optimize digital performance - Monitor campaign effectiveness and support optimization efforts using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Target.
  • Solve problems collaboratively - Use critical thinking to identify issues, inform decisions, and recommend practical solutions in a cross-functional environment.
