JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Marketing Associate in Chase Travel Corporate Solutions, you will behighly detail-oriented and creative, you should have ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable wearing many hatsfrom coordinating timelines and approvals to producing executive-ready materials.Strong communicationskills, a collaborative mindset, and advanced PowerPoint capability are essential. including ourEntertainment and Partner Travel, and to help drive thelaunch ofnew travel technology products.This role sits withinMarketing, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, polished experience and consistent messaging.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing plans and campaignsfor Chase Travel Corporate Solutions, including Entertainment and Partner Travel initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market and launch executionfor anewtravel technology products, including development of messaging, supporting materials, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Create and refine marketing deliverablessuch as PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, event collateral, toolkits, FAQs, and internal enablement materialsensuring accuracy, consistency, and high production quality.
  • Support client-facing events (behind the scenes)by coordinating timelines,logistics, invitations/registrations (as applicable), run-of-show planning, vendor/partner coordination, speaker support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage project plans and workflowsacross multiple concurrent workstreamsmaintainingtrackers, action items, status updates, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Partner across cross-functional teams(product, sales, relationship teams, events, design/creative, and risk/controls) toalign onobjectives, content, approvals, and delivery.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality control, ensuring materials adhere to firm standards and that details (formatting, naming, versioning, dates, and claims) are correct.
  • Measure and synthesize results(where available) from campaigns/events and help translate insights into improvements for future efforts.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor27s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt messaging for internal stakeholders and client-facing contexts.
  • AdvancedPowerPoint skillsanddemonstratedability to produce executive-ready, client-appropriate decks (storytelling, structure, visual polish).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating across teams and driving execution.
  • High ownership, flexibility, and a 22roll-up-your-sleeves22 approach.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Familiarity withcorporate travel,travelorhospitality.
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience preferred, with relevant experience in marketing, communications,corporate travel, or product marketing
